2. Hosting and server logs (Cloudflare)

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data, in particular your IP address, browser type and the time of access, to deliver the page and keep it secure.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website). Cloudflare processes data on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Where data is transferred to the USA, this relies on safeguards recognised by the European Commission, in particular standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). 3. Cookies, no tracking, local fonts

This website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or marketing tools. As part of the hosting, Cloudflare may set technically necessary cookies, for example to defend against automated traffic. These are strictly necessary to deliver the website securely (§ 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and do not require consent. A consent banner is therefore not currently needed. The fonts are loaded from my own server, so no data is sent to third parties for them.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you email or call me, I process your details (email address, phone number, message content) to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My email is handled by an external email provider. I delete your message once your request is resolved and no legal retention duty applies.

5. External links (Instagram)

This website links to my Instagram profile. Merely visiting this website sends no data to Instagram. The provider's privacy terms apply only once you click the link.

6. Photos, names and statements of clients and participants

I publish names, statements and photos of clients and event participants only with their consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future by writing to the email address above.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time (Art. 7(3)).

8. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, www.datenschutz-berlin.de.

9. Changes

I update this policy when the website or the law changes, for example if I add a contact form, a video or an analytics tool.
